If you are having problems playing the media files (especially if the picture does not work), it is almost certainly a codec issue.

You can download the TSCC Codec for playing the avi files direct from this link:

Alternatively, you can use the attached player, VLC Media Player (see the VLC folder). 

The attached version works for Windows XP, but if you have another operating system you can get it from:

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
